Initially this web page started out as an example for my students (not necessarily a good one); but as I got more and more involved in my project it began taking on its present form (for better or worse). The possiblity of reaching an audience of hundreds or thousands of potential readers plays games with your ego. The hardest decision was whether to use a narative form or just a series of nested lists. I have opted for the latter, even though they often seem colder and less personal. I have included a variety of what I consider interesting web sites for both students and teachers of science. As my web evolves I expect many changes will occur.
